This week was rather fruitful on cooking encounters, partly because we've seen some friends over and Sasha prepared half a dozen of pizzas to test out the Modernist Pizza's Artisan dough. This one was with cavolo nero and orange zest:
I've also got a bunch of odd ingredients I've been looking for, like this salsify quickly grilled and plated with thinly sliced guanciale, and an espresso-honey sauce.
