On bonbons

I never understood why hand-made chocolate and bonbons are so expensive.

Even with the best inredients, the total production cost shouldn't be too high, and what's so complicated about pouring some chocolate into moulds, filling it with ganache, and then colouring?

Well, I have to say that after trying to make a few bonbons for the first time I pretty much changed my mind.
