On overdoing lasagna
This week was fruitful on events, partly because I had to spend three days commuting to the office (in the previous nearly three years I've been to the office only twice).
The reason for the surge in in-person events was the semi-annual series of strategy days with my colleagues, which is lots of fun and good food. Namely I was mind-blown by this medium rare Iberico pork as most restaurants all over the world are too afraid to serve it that way.
