There is never enough celebrations, particularly because celebrations mean food, which means there is no need to find an excuse to cook something cool.
Ever since out move to Scotland I was confused by the lack of access to fresh fish, as in most cases it's cheaper to order a box from the overnight London fish market, but seems like the country is making it up in seafood.
So as this week Sasha and I were celebrating seven years of knowing each other, I decided to take a spin on some classic recipe.
