On tasting chocolate

Sasha took me out for a date recently and we've got to learn about the full transformation of chocolate beans into bars.

Everything started with the history of chocolate making, some fun facts about monkeys getting drunk on fermented pulp of the fruit, and then transitioned into a brief chocolate making experience.
