On cooking together
This week we've celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary (the time flies!), and desided to cook a six-course tasting set together for the occasion. The structure of the set was built upon the Great British Menu show, where professional chefs try to vow the judges by cooking an amuse bouche, a starter, a fish course, a main, a pre-dessert, and a dessert.
I kicked things off with Guinness beer and Nori croustade, filled with aged brisket tartare, smoked mayo, and garnished with wild garlic capers:
