On Scottish BBQ

This is my second spring and summer in Scotland and I am still happy to break stereotypes about the weather in the North here, so we're doing BBQs pretty much every other weekend. Despite living on the same island before, the variety of seafood in Scotland vs England is noticeable, so this time we binged on oysters and I've decided to grill leftovers with chicken fat butter and parmesan:

It was fun, but I should've let the grill to heat up a bit more. As I put them on the grill too early, the shells became too hot by the time their contents got to the correct temperature, so one of the oysters shredded into pieces. The rest was delicious though, I will definitely do them again.
