One of the highlights of the last few days was the unexpected visit of one of the most notable Japanese chefs to Edinburgh for a single day of cooking collaboration:
He has a Michelin-starred restaurant in London, but as it's currently closed for some refurbishment, the chefs is touring around the country doing a shorter version of his omakase dinner:
