On chilly weather

I didn't really mind this summer's weather, even though many people mention that's the coldest Scottish summer they remember, but come Autumn and it is already getting properly chilly. The most unusual, however, is haar, the fog that is formed over the sea and is blown to the land.

It didn't really stop us from going places and grabbing a bite with the view. Gone are the times when I'd be content with a plate of chips at a coffee: fish and chips must be with a sea view, otherwise it's just a waste of time (and fish).
